I created this website for the estate agency Town and Castle in the south east of England. The page opens with a full screen slideshow background showing images of the types of properties typical for the area with navigation and a welcome message overlay.

The purpose of the website was to attract prospective buyers and sellers and provide company information in a way that builds trust with clients. There are sections introducing the company, the people involved and customer feedback.

The design was create with a mobile first approach. The simple layout shows all of the information in a vertical scroll.

For each property available for let there is a card showing the relevant information.

An important feature for the client was to have submitable forms. The first one shown here is a way for people with property available to make a first contact. The second form allows for people to submit their offer for a particular property. Both forms use PHP to deal with the data provided, sending the information on as a email to be responded to and storing the data in a database.
